Angela Nash-Blackwell has served Cocina de La Sirena since they opened in 2016, designing the dessert menu with the Executive Chef.
Her dedication to Chef Jessica Fultz has survived offers in high-end restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality partners internationally.
As Pastry Chef she bakes empanadas, cookies, flans, bread puddings, chile tarts, coconut cakes, and exciting seasonal specials.
